A torn-up roofline after a storm isn't a "get to it next week" problem, and we don't treat it like one — Roof Repair Smedway answers, scopes the damage, and dispatches a crew across Chetek fast.
Nobody on our crew learned Roof Leak Repair work from a training video. They learned it climbing real roofs in Chetek, WI, in real weather, on jobs where a wrong call meant a callback.
Ask to see our Chetek, WI license and insurance certificate and you'll have it in your hand before the estimate even starts.
We've replaced enough botched patch jobs from other companies to know exactly what corner-cutting looks like a year later — drywall stains, soft decking, mold nobody can see yet.
Every lead installer carries current Chetek, WI credentials.
A midnight call gets the same urgency as a noon call.
No invoice surprises once work is underway.
Crews dispatched from within Chetek, WI, not another region entirely.
A roof rarely just fails one day — it usually spends months quietly showing signs that get written off as cosmetic.
The earlier one of these signs gets a proper look, the smaller the repair usually stays; waiting rarely makes a roof problem cheaper to fix.
If the water coming off your downspouts looks gritty, the shingle surface is thinner than it should be.
Shingles that curl at the edges have lost flexibility and are more likely to crack in the next windstorm.
Pinpricks of light in the attic are an early, fixable version of what becomes a leak later.
Sagging or soft drywall usually points to sustained moisture, not a single isolated drip.
A slow leak or failing ventilation can quietly drive up cooling costs before you notice the leak itself.
A bare patch after high wind is a direct gap in your roof's weather barrier that needs covering right away.
Whatever the issue — emergency, routine, or somewhere in between — it gets handled by a crew that specializes in that exact type of work.
Below is the full breakdown of what we cover in Chetek, so you can see roughly where your situation fits before you even call.
Active leaks get priority dispatch — a temporary cover first, a proper repair as soon as the crew can get materials on-site.
From a few cracked shingles to a complete tear-off, residential jobs get scoped against manufacturer spec, not a rough guess.
We schedule commercial jobs to minimize disruption to tenants and foot traffic wherever possible.
Material selection is part of the replacement conversation, matched to your climate exposure and budget.
A proper inspection checks flashing, fasteners, ventilation, and granule wear before small issues become leaks.
Chimney crickets, skylight seals, and valley flashing are common leak points that general repair crews often miss.
We keep this process the same whether it's a single shingle repair or a full Chetek tear-off, because a predictable process is part of what makes a stressful roof problem manageable.
Call +1-844-212-9199, describe the issue, and dispatch routes it to the nearest available Chetek crew.
You get a plain-language explanation, not just a number.
Financing and insurance-claim questions are addressed at this stage.
Warranty paperwork is handed over the same day the job wraps.
If you've been burned by a roofing company before, these are the specific things we do differently, not just a promise that we're "better."
Being local means we're rarely the crew still driving in from somewhere else.
We'd rather lose a bid on an honest price than win one that grows later.
Our installers follow manufacturer spec on every underlayment overlap and fastener pattern, not general guesswork.
If the finished work doesn't match what was agreed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
We're not your insurance company, but we make that part of the process easier.
Some roofs need a full reroof; plenty just need one honest repair.
A verbal promise means nothing when you actually need it, so ours is documented and handed over at project close.
We also guarantee the number on your estimate — barring a scope change you approve first, that's the number on your invoice.
If you ever need to use the guarantee, the process is a phone call, not a fight.
If your address sits just past our standard Chetek radius, dispatch can usually still work something out.
Routes are planned around Chetek's actual streets and access points, not a generic radius drawn on a map, which is part of why our arrival windows tend to hold up.
We'd rather confirm coverage on a quick call than have a homeowner assume they're out of range and skip calling entirely.
